Backstory

Ana spilt water onto her astonomically priced MacBook Pro. We quickly googled the Right Thing™ to do and the concensus was that she should turn it off and bury it in rice. The only rice we had to hand was paella rice, meaning we were just one step away from a delicious improvised meal.

Artist’s Notes

Without the explanatory instructions, would you know what is going on here? Probably not. The IKEA water glass looks authentic enough, but that in no way looks like [a packet of] rice, and the flame looks like a poorly rendered rip-off of a 1970s generic gas company logo.
