There was time when the Mobile Team at XING Barcelona was outrageously needy, brattish and entitled. “We want a brand new iPhone 6!” they would say. And management would get them an iPhone 6. “We want an Apple Watch!”. They got an Apple Watch. “We want Mac Pro for our Jenkins jobs!” They did not get that, but that would have at least been useful/used.

The most ridiculous demand, however, was for their very own web comic. Who would create this comic? Who would be responsible for coming up with ideas? Who would diligently illustrate them during office hours? Who would decorate the office walls with them and chafe at the merest suggestion of them ever being taken down?
