Everyone's a Doctor
Backstory
Pin came into the office with a weird hand injury, which he suffered as a result of a weekend mountain biking trip. Of course everyone had to inspect it for themselves and pass their own medical judgement on his crooked, inflamed, jaundiced little digit.
Of course no one actually suggested it was leprosy, although I did suggest that the symptoms pointed heavily and suspiciously towards syphilis.

What an immaculately drawn hand. The little finger’s angle of deflection is geometrically precise too.
